A well-proportioned house with an elegant early 19th century Georgian style frontage, retaining features and character of historic significance. Five-bay, two -storey house built 1822, with farm buildings to the east. New wing to the west.

Porch at centre with fluted Ionic order columns and dentilled cornice.

Elliptical brick arch over carriage entrance at rear. East end of block much altered for new residential use.

Notes and references

  1. No longer visible. HER gives date as 1699, but shown as 1680 in datestone register. Its presence on a property built in 1822 has not been explained
