Historic Environment Record entry
Listed building
A pair of early-mid 19th century rural houses, retaining original features and character. Early-mid 19th century with late 19th century additions to rear.
At ground floor level the houses appear to have been built as one. However, at first floor level, there are dressed quoins to the eastern extremity of Binkham which suggests that the first floor of Meadow View is a later addition.
Both bakehouses are of a similar form and orientation, although the materials differ. Both are five- bay, two-storey.
