In 1979 the property was transferred from the Housing Committee to the Public Works Committee and leased to the Scout Association of Jersey. It reverted to the Housing committee before being sold in five units

In 2012 1 Britannia House was sold by the States of Jersey for £380,000; No 2 for £365,000; No 3 for £400,000; No 4 for £420,000 and No 5 for £405,000

Listed building

This 18th century house and outbuilding retain their historic proportions and character. This building is shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.

Two-storey house with four irregular bays with converted outbuilding perpendicular to west, single storey lean-to to east. Projecting from centre bays to rear is two-storey wing with throughway. To west are two 20th century dwellings.
