The building overall retains its late 19th century (1890s) character with an interesting and more unusual original arrangement of three-bay house with integral adjoining carriage house and commercial premises; of townscape value. Property now sub-divided into Brooklyn House and The Old Bakehouse Café. The property is of townscape value forming an interesting grouping at the heart of First Tower, with Martello Stores and the Tower itself.
