Early-mid 19th century Jersey farmhouse, with earlier origins as site shown occupied in 1795 (Richmond map). The farmhouse emulates the polite architecture of Georgian fashion but with a continuing local character, retaining historic character and external features of interest.
Farmhouse with cottage to east and barn terminating the group at the junction to the east.
