Origin of surname
We have not been able to discover any information about the derivation of this surname.
Very little is known about this family. It was founded in Jersey by Nathaniel Dacam, son of Nathaniel. The younger Nathaniel was married to Ann Hilbury at St Brelade in 1767, and his son Nathaniel married Susanne Le Moignan. They were both of St Brelade but married in St John in 1797.
