Families associated with the property
- Vibert
- Le Feuvre: It is not entirely clear whether this was the same property, but in the 1901 census Edward Le Feuvre (1834- ) was shown farming at Groznez House, living with his wife Mary Ann, nee Vautier (1845- ) and their children Mary Ann (1866- ), Anna (1879- ), Francis (1876- ), Elvina (1880- ) and Rosa (1882- ). The census suggests that all the children were helping out on the farm
