This early 19th century house retains its historic character and features, with an unusually high quality of construction. The house emulates the polite architecture of Georgian fashion but with a continuing local character.

House: 2 storey, 5 bay. Front (south) elevation: slate roof with pair of finely dressed stone chimneys. Ashlar stone construction with dressed long/short openings and a gable datestone bearing H P. 1822. Single pane timber sashes, timber glazed door with overlight.

Gable (north) elevation: pierre perdu mortar. Rear (east) elevation: pierre perdu render.
