A mid-19th century property retaining original exterior features, proportions and character in a prominent hill top location; contributing positively to the character of the area. 2 bay, 2 storey classically proportioned house, with rear wing. South elevation: Hipped slate roof with central rendered chimney with moulded and bracketed rim. Stucco walls with rusticated quoins, quoined window surrounds and lintels. String course between ground and first floor. First floor windows are 6 pane (3/3) sashes. Ground floor windows 15 pane (6/9) sashes.
