A mid-late 19th century farmstead with circa 1870 house. Owner previously reported '1868' pencilled on roof timbers. Retains its historic character and features.
Hillside emulates the architecture of Georgian fashion but with a continuing local character.
Former farm group comprising south facing two-storey, five-bay house with west wing, attached range of outbuildings to north, and other ancillary buildings.
