- Aspinall: In 1901 farmer James Aspinall (1833- ) and his wife Elizabeth (1832- ) were living here
- Vautier: The property was owned in 1911 by John Robin Vautier (1859- ) who lived there with his wife Lydia Rachel, nee Pepil (1855- ) and daughters Blanche and Clarisse. The family had previously lived at Beech Farm, also in St Peter. John and Lydia had six daughters in total.
- John was the son of master mariner and shipowner John Vautier (1830- ) and Matilda, nee Hamon. They were living in St Peter in 1861 and 1871, and then moved to St Aubin's House.
