A good example of a small 19th century Jersey farm group which retains exterior historic character, features and group value. Includes unusual decorative entrance wing/orangery.
Former farmstead, principally early-mid 19th century. Earlier origins on site evidenced by 1795 Richmond map.
Entrance wing added circa 1901. Range of outbuildings parallel to (north) rear. The house is three-bay, two-storey with attic; double pile plan. Pitched slate roof with rendered corniced chimneys at gable ends; ridge cresting.
