Mid-late 19th century rural house, cottage and outbuilding retaining original features and character. Three-bay, two-storey detached house perpendicular to the road with three-bay cottage to the east and five-bay single storey outbuilding to the north.

  1. There are two properties called La Mielle opposite each other on Grande Route des Sablons in the Fauvic district. This one is usually known as La Mielle Farm, and the other as La Mielle, Grouville. Occupation registration cards refer to properties called La Mielle, Fauvic, and La Mielle, La Rocque. We believe that to be a different property from these two; not a listed building
