Listed building

A small 18th century outbuilding which is of historic interest and external architectural value. Single storey, single bay. Pantile roof. Walls rubble granite with reused dressed stone quoins on northeast corner. Southwest corner curved stonework. Granite steps run up to the building and around the east, south and west sides.
