A mid-late 18th century four bay, two storey rural house, maintaining original features and character, contributing to scenic value. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.

One of a pair of houses with Sion Villa. Pantile roof with four-bay dormer. Tall dressed granite chimneys with thatch dripstones, dressed stone gable verge. Flat roofed single storey extension on corner.
