Circa 1800 farmhouse, with possible 17th century origins. Retains original features in important location opposite parish church.
Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.
Detached farmhouse, two-storey with six narrow bays, smaller extension to south side, single storey modern extension to rear. Pitched slate roof, rendered chimneys at ends, smaller chimney towards centre of ridge.
