This mid-19th century house retains its external historic proportions and character of rural streetscape value.
There is a double basin lavoir in the garden.
Two-storey house with cellar and attic, five-bay, with single storey, two-bay west wing.
20th century garage to east and 20th century buildings to north.

Internally the plan form has been lost as have all historic features other than the open fireplace, which may indicate an earlier dwelling.
Notes and references
- ↑ A strange mixture of French and English. Perhaps chosen because the house overlooks St Peter's Valley/Vallee de St Pierre
- ↑ We have not been able to place the couple in any of our family trees. We have found their marriage in St St Peter register. There are no baptism records for any children of the couple
