Listed building

An early cottage retaining its overall historic proportions and character. Its main significance is its early medieval fabric - the use of Rozel conglomerate may show pre-1400 construction.

This building is shown on the Richmond Map of 1795. It was refronted in 1711.

Single storey, four-bay cottage. two-storey extension to west and single storey extension to east.
