Listed building

This farm group, of 18th and 19th century origins, sits comfortably on the valley side and retains its historic character and many features. The farmhouse is shown on the Richmond Map of 1795. Mainly 19th century farm outbuildings set around enclosed courtyard. Converted into residential. Now sub-divided into four separate properties - Beau Vallon, Beau Vallon Ouest, The Hayloft and Le Cochonnet.

A crystal radio in a Tanda Matta cigar box was discovered in the bakehouse chimney.
