A good example of an elegant detached mid-19th century seaside villa, mid-19th century stable with later 19th century coach house extension, which retain fine original features and historic character.
Set back from road, with front garden. House, two-storey, three-bay plus a recessed single-bay side wing. Balustraded parapet with slate hipped roof behind, with two sets of paired rendered chimneystacks. Three bays of French windows, with shutters, on first floor. Delicate ironwork balcony supported on slender columns. Ground floor has central door, flanked by French windows.
19th century coach house to rear, now converted to residential.
