Good example of 18th century two-storey, four-bay house, located on a sloping site off Rue du Crocquet. Retains proportionsand steep roof pitch typical of 18th century. Windows and doors of 19th century. Slate roof, rendered end stacks, render walls. Entrance off centre to left, has six-panel door with overlight. Reached by three granite steps.
