This property is a sad example of all that is wrong with Joan Stevens' Old Jersey Houses.
It is old enough to merit inclusion in the first volume, which means that it dates back at least to the 17th century, but the result was just four lines of text about some windows in the property. [1]
Sadly we are not in a position to add to this desultory mention, and would welcome information to help develop a history deserving of such an attractive and well-preserved Jersey house.
