- Beuzeval: In 1940 an application was made to defer military service of Jack Watts Beuzeval (1916- ), a traffic officer with Jersey Airways, living at 2 Bond Street. Whether or not this particular application succeeded, he left the island before the Occupation and applied to return with his family after the end of the war. During his time away he met and married Christine O'Connor, of Kinghorn, Scotland and they had twin daughters Jacqueline Patricia and Diana in 1944

Façade of early 19th century town house with good doorcase. Makes an important contribution to the character and appearance of the streetscape, in an important location opposite the Parish Church in the heart of the old town. Shown on 1834 Le Gros Map. Refurbished late 20th century. Front facade of mid-terrace town house, now offices. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Principal (east) elevation: walls with lined ashlar effect and parapet flush with wall face; rusticated quoin strip on south. Off-set entrance to left has stone step up, open pedimented doorcase and 6 panelled door with fanlight. Single wide window opening to ground floor.
