  • Pamproux 1814; FG & PdeF 1885 - not in Datestone Register. For Francis George de Faye (1863 and Phoebe, nee Kinsey. Francis was the successful pharmacist of David Place and even better known as an amateur photographer. In his 1907 will he left numerous properties to family members and Petit Pamproux to his wife.

Early 19th century cottage retaining original features and historic character, of the single-storey form characteristic of the St Clement and Grouville coastal area.

Five-bay, single storey cottage with single bay outbuilding on the west side. Later two-bay west extension.
