Datestones

  • ILF ♥ EDH 1734 - this stone is not included in the Datestone Register and it is shown in HER as 'EDA', We believe that it has probably been misread by HER and should be EDH, which would correspond with Jean Le Feuvre, dit Filliastre, and Elizabeth du Heaume, who married in St Brelade in 1728

Historic Environment Record entry

Listed building

This dwelling is shown on The Richmond Map of 1795, having medieval origins. It was re-fronted in 1734.

Two-storey, four-bay house with two-storey 1980s extension to east, returning south in single storey to connect to an outbuilding which appears rebuilt.

At the roadside is small single storey gatehouse. Frontage appears much rebuilt - mixed stone and irregular quoins on openings.
