- Syvret: In 1901 John Renouf Syvret (1849- ), Jersey's Postmaster, was living here with his wife Frances Hannah, nee Peacocke (1849- ) and their daughter Violet May (1877- )
- Messervy: Lydia Messervy was living here in 1917 when she wrote her will, and in 1926 and 1928 when codicils were added. Her sister Adelina wrote her will here in 1932 and their brother George Touzel Messervy, aged 89, followed in 1936. They were the children of George Messervy and Nancy, nee Touzel.
- Huelin: Senator Gwyneth Huelin, politician and long-time president of the Public Health Committee, and her husband lived here in the second half of the 20th century

Mid-19th century house retaining character with many original features of historic significance. Detached, two-storey, three-bay. The whole property is set back from road with a long pathway behind high granite walls, cart entrance with four-point arch head and keystone, timber doors.
