This early-mid 19th century farmstead contributes to its rural setting. There is still cohesion as a farm group.
The farmhouse and the outbuildings retain their character, proportions and historic external features.
Internally the farmhouse retains its integrity and some historic features. Together with its outbuildings, it forms an integral part of the grouping of buildings around Rozel Camping Park.
