A fine example of a late 19th century ornamented and imposing seaside villa with many original features surviving, notably the dormers, balcony, shutters, gutter tray and windows.

South end of a terrace of three-houses built by Thomas Blampied between 1880 and 1883. Attached to cottage on south side. Two stories, three bays, plus attic. Mansard slate roof, cresting, brick chimneys at ends, two dormers, each with pitched slate roof, similar dormer at rear of house but cresting gone

Coloured tile path in geometric pattern to door, low render wall roadside wall, coping interspersed with rusticated granite blocks.
