A well proportioned 1842 house in an understated classical style, maintaining much of its original features. Residence of Dean of Jersey, also Rector of Town Church.

Detached house set back from the road with its own driveway and garden. Two-storey, seven-bay with the two bays to the north being set back with separate roof.
