1908 Jersey Commercial Association travel guide

The Jersey Commercial Association, which owned the original West Park Pavilion, produced a 1908 guide for those thinking of holidaying in Jersey, or even moving here permanently.

The guide contained articles on how to get to Jersey, what to do while there, and its attractions for those thinking of making it their home. There were photographs of popular tourist locations, taken by the principal commercial photographer of the day, Albert Smith, and advertisements for hotels and boarding houses, a school, reading rooms, a bank, Jersey cider, a department store, livery stables, wine merchants and a tearoom
