Listed building
This early range of buildings retain historic features externally and inside the fireplaces are of particular significance.
Of note is the rare plan form with the first floor room originally accessed from the still present historic stair.
The buildings as a whole create a very picturesque group which contributes to the rural setting.
This building is shown on the Richmond Map of 1795. Its origins are considered to be from the 15th century. Two houses in line two-storey, eight bays, with 20th century extension to east. Detached to south are H shaped range of outbuildings.
A mill leat runs alongside the southern outbuilding, which has an overshot wheel.
