Historic Jersey buildings
Because of the demolition and rebuilding of several elements of the Co-Op properties in Charing Cross in the second half of the 20th century, it is difficult to be certain without access to detailed plans, about which original properties were where, but this is an exception because it was only acquired by the Co-op in the 1960s, having been in business as Bichardsfor a century, latterly in direct competition with its larger neighbour
If you own this property, have ancestors who lived here, or can provide any further information and photographs, please contact us through editorial@jerripedia.org |
