Listed building
The site is of interest being located within the lower end of the tow,n which developed from the 15th century. Shown on the Richmond Map and 1834 Le Gros Map.
Location of 15th century sea wall and 17th century prison.
Three-storey, two-bay. Front elevation: Slate roof behind parapet, central original dormer. Impressive mid-18th century chimney stack dominates this small building with its fine granite quoins and dripstones in situ. Interior features include original dormer and staircase dated circa 1810-1820.
