Historic farmstead of 18th century and 19th century origins, retaining exterior character and features. The Richmond Map 1795 shows a single range of buildings. 19th century alterations including further house added to west, original house raised to two storeys. Outbuilding range and pigsties also added in 19th century.

No 1 is a two-bay, two-storey house. No 2 is four-bay, two-storey. No 3 is three-bay, two-storey.
