Listed building

Mid-17th century farmhouse with possible earlier origins, refronted in 19th century, retaining historic character and features from various phases of development. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795. Five-bay, two-storey house. Extension on east side.

Chamfered door surround with chamfered lintel, appears made up from earlier stonework. Small attic level opening on east gable end. Outbuildings to north.

Le Petit Chêne: A single storey, three-bay farm cottage of likely 18th century origins, retaining overall historic form but openings greatly altered and much rebuilding of stonework. Slate roof with pair of dressed granite chimneys.
