Historic farm group. The fine early 19th century house retains its historic features. The converted outbuildings forming the rear yard retain their integrity as a farm group.
Early-mid 19th century farm group, now subdivided into 1-7 Brookhill. Main three-storey, five-bay farmhouse (The Farm House) with a two-storey, five-bay west wing (now Nos 4 and 5), returning to the north as a two-storey outbuilding range (now Nos 1, 2 and 3) beyond a throughway; with a detached single-storey outbuilding (No 7) at the east entrance.
