Rare example of brick-built 19th century cottage, with characteristic pattern of burnt headers and red brick stretchers. Many surviving features.

Believed to have made and stored lobster pots made from local willow in attic.

Built in what seems to be former quarry, possibly for Rozel Pier.

Single storey, three-bay cottage with attic. Pitched slate roof, brick chimney at north end, 1870 dated brick on south-east corner.
