- A'Court: Francis John A'Court (1918- ) was living here in 1940 when Hedley John A'Court of Longfields, St Ouen, made an application for his call-up for military service to be postponed. Also listed at Champ Donne the following year were Francis John's father John (1887- ), his brother Philip (1925- ) and his sister Edith. The Le Maistre family, who were related by marriage to the A'Courts, are also listed as living at Champ Donne during the German Occupation.

A mid-19th century villa, circa 1840 origins, with late 19th century upgrade which includes the highly ornate conservatories, extensions, rear, north stable range and the re-modelling of the main house facade. Re-used 17th century archway.
