Listed building

Historic farmhouse, with possible 16th century core, showing developments over the centuries, and retaining historic scale and character. Although considerably changed, the interior retains the fireplaces. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.

Two window openings in the north wall were previously found oak window frames with vertical bars, indicating an early date for the house. Refaced in mid-19th century when front door was widened, windows enlarged and thatched roof replaced. An outhouse has datestone , but unlikely in original position.
