Families associated with the property
The land on which this house was built was bought by Baron Trent, who as Jesse Boot, founded the high street Boots the Chemist chain and moved to Jersey where he married Florence Rowe. Although the land was purchased in 1923, the house was only built by the Boots' descendants some years after both of them had died. It was still in family ownership when offered for sale in 2023.
The house was designed by the renowned Jersey architect Arthur Grayson
