Crespin family members who served in the Great War

- Albert Victor Stamp Crespin, (1886-1916) husband of Annie, Petty Officer RN, HMS Genista, killed in action
- Charles William Victor Crespin (1883-1916), Fireman, Merchant Marine, ss Vanellus, killed when ship was mined and sank
- Reginald Peter Crespin (1893-1917) Lance Corporal, Dorset Regiment, died of wounds
