- Horman: In 1901 stationery printer's clerk John Edward Horman (1852- ) was living at Derry with his wife Marcella Matilda, nee Read (1860- ) and their children Marcella (1887- ), Edgar (1889- ), Dora (1893- ), Reginald (1898- ) and Ethel (1899- ). John and Marcella were married in Newfoundland, where his wife was born, as were their first three children. The last two children were born in St Brelade

A good survival of a mid-19th century farm group. Five-bay, two-storey house with two-storey, four-bay wing to the east and single storey farm building with bellcot on the south; 2 storey farm building to the west.
Low boundary walls with rusticated pillars, iron gates.
