Descendants of Collas Piton

This tree was added to the site in 2014 and reviewed in 2019. A further review in 2021 resulted in the addition of more details in 19th century generations. Further details were added by Mike Bisson in a 2025 review

All baptisms in this tree were recorded in St Brelade. The tree has been assembled from the parish records and, while we believe it to be accurate, it would be helpful if it could be cross-checked with other records.

There are three principal doubts about the detail of the tree:

Was Edouard at Generation 2 a son of Collas or a nephew? Was Nicolas (1683- ) the son of Guillaume, son of Aaron, as shown, or was he the son of Guillaume, son of Abraham? Was Jean at generation 10 the son of Thomas and Elizabeth Le Cornu, or Jean and Rachel Laffoley?
