Although we are reasonably confident that the Victor Marie Moisan who moved to Jersey with his wife Victoire (gen 8) fits into this tree, there is an alternative view that he was the illegitimate son of Marie Jeanne Moisan, born in Ploeuc-sur-Lie in 1783.
