Descendants of John Alexandre



It is suggested that this family came to Jersey from England as Alexander, adopted the Jersey spelling Alexandre for several generations, and then reverted to Alexander in later generations. John at generation 1 is believed to be the son of Robert

The descendancy of Philip Alexander and Louisa Jane Pallot at generation 6 was added to the tree in May 2018. There is a slight doubt about whether this Philip fits into this tree as the son of William and Jane, nee Godel, but we believe this to be correct. We have been unable to find a marriage record for Philip and Louisa Jane, but suspect that they may have been married in a Methodist church

The tree was reviewed twice in 2024 by Mike Bisson and further names and details were added
