Dorset Street

An old shop in the street
Dorset Street is in the old quarter of St Helier, to the east of Val Plaisant, where housing for the working classes was first built in the early 19th century. It runs parallel with Albert Street from Great Union Road and then dog-legs to join Albert Street. Most of its historic properties have now been demolished
