An example of the more unusual single-storey cottage, with 18th century origins. A building is shown on this site on the Richmond Map of 1795.

Single storey, L-plan cottage. Front elevation: slate roof with rooflights, rendered chimneys to each gable, central brick chimney. Walls rendered, south gable rubble granite with stone surrounds to openings.

St Mary Treasury

Described in the 1983 parish treasury as 'a single-storey house of solid antiquity'.
