Listed building
An early house retaining original historic features including unusually ornate door lintel. Shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.
House with rear outshot. Pitched slate roof with substantial granite chimneys to ends. Front elevation: two-storeys, five-bays, granite rubble with long irregular quoins.
Window openings chamfered and with great bases circa 1650-1750. Door chamfered, lintel unusually carved with accolade and a lobster.
The house displays Jersey’s vernacular tradition in the use of local materials and details.
