- Bosdet: The family owned the property throughout much ot the 19th century and sold it in 1908
- Bechelet: John Bechelet bought the farm from the Bosdets and his son Francis is shown living there in the 1921 census, with his wife Florence, and daughter, also Florence. She was born in 1918 and became involved in the Jersey Battle of Flowers from a young age , entering her first float at the age of 16.

Listed building
This early Jersey farmhouse, with 16th to 19th century origins, retains its historical character and some features from various phases of its development. The building is shown on the Richmond Map of 1795.
The original building is considered to be 16th century with 18th century alterations and early 19th century interior detailing. The farm buildings are circa 1811, much altered in 20th century.
Set back from road. House, irregular five-bay, with deep gable ends, two-storey with attic; rear outshot extension.
Although of some group value, the converted two-storey wings to east and west, now called Apple Barn and Pas de Grisbi, are altered from their original form.
