This is an index from the library catalogue of La Société Jersiaise regarding records relating to the Hemery family from 1800 to 1890. Donated by Peter Hemery, of the USA in 1991, the papers span 19th century and consist of mainly land transactions and various issues relating to wills of family members and alliances. A number of items highlight the trading of Hemery Brothers as merchants in London, and also the family connections to banking in the island
